Bipasha Basu is busy stealing fellow actresses’ thunder these days

Bipasha Basu is busy stealing fellow actresses’ thunder these days. First, Bips made sure she left contender Katrina Kaif behind in the ‘Race’ to the priciest New Year’s performance. Bipasha managed to bag a hefty Rs 1.5 crore for her act, while Kat only managed Rs 1 crore. Now, She’s set to put Juhi Chawla in her place. How? Well, the two have been approached by a channel to judge a reality show. And Bips will reportedly be paid handsomely for this one too, while Juhi will have to be content with a smaller pay package for obvious reasons.

Akshay Kumar is a star and he doesn’t let anyone forget that easily. Sajid Nadiadwala had hired designer Shabina Khan to make 10-12 supremely stylish suits for an introduction scene in Kambakht Ishq. But Akshay wasn’t pleased. He had to share the frame with some huge names from Hollywood after all. Akki subsequently set out on a shopping spree himself and bought a dazzling Italian number worth Rs 5 lakh!

Amrita Arora is blindly following in best pal Kareena Kapoor’s footsteps. It’s finally time for the actress to settle down. Amrita will reportedly tie the knot with boyfriend Shakeel Ladakh in March next year and has been trying to achieve a size zero frame for the big day. Amu has adhered to a soya milk diet and is now addicted to the drink.

Shahid Kapoor is under house arrest. The actor wants to keep his newest look under wraps and has kept himself shut for the same reason. Shahid has apparently undergone an extreme makeover for the Vishal Bhardwaj film opposite good pal Priyanka Chopra and now refuses to let the media get a whiff of his new avatar. And we thought only Aamir was a perfectionist!

Harman Baweja got nostalgic recently when he went back to his alma mater. Harman was invited to participate in a festival organised by Mumbai’s Mithibai College. The good looking actor moved and grooved on stage to loud cheers. “I’m here after a good seven or eight years and the reception was fantastic,” he said.
