The news is that the actress is also the legal heir of one of the co-owners of Kamalistan Studios, Mr.Shandar Amrohi. Kamalistan Studios belonged to Meena Kumari and Kamal Amrohi.
This property is worth hundreds of crores and is eyed by many high profile builders. Rumour goes that Preity is ready to sell a part of her IPL shares for developing Kamalistan studios.
