The cold weather of Ladakh did put a spanner in the works for Kareena Kapoor The actress works out daily to maintain her size zero. But the chilly weather has proved to be a block for Kareena’s daily personal regimen. The actress has been unable to pursue her yoga routine because of the severe chills.
A close friend of the actress revealed, "Kareena is very particular about her yoga routine. But she has been unable to do it because of the cold weather. The cold weather makes the body stiffer thus it becomes tough to perform the asanas."
Kareena was shooting in Ladakh with Aamir Khan for Raju Hirani’s Idiots.But now that the unit has moved to the more pleasant locales of Shimla, Bebo is back to her body basics. And we are glad too... We dont want to see the Tashan babe in anything less than her perfect shape.
