Justin Timberlake, has been roped in for Bollywood Movie YAHOO

After dancing his way into the audience’s heart with beautiful performances in many hit films, and mostly solo, Shahid is still not contented. He is working very hard in order to justify the characters that he is portraying in his forthcoming films. And the two films that he is giving his undivided attention to are Vishal Bhardwaj’s KAMINAY and Ken Ghosh’s YAHOO.

News is that Shahid, already a proficient dancer, is learning a new International dance form for Ken Ghosh’s YAHOO, where he is playing the role of a dancer. The dance style is called ’Krumping’ (a kind of street dance form that originated in Los Angeles) and Shahid is a totally dedicated student!

Marty, a choreographer of International repute, who is famous for the music videos of renowned pop star, Justin Timberlake, has been roped in for YAHOO. So, one can expect some exciting dance sequences of International standard in the film.

While on YAHOO, the film is now complete, after a re-shoot, which went on for about four days. There was news that Ken Ghosh was not happy with the performance of the lead female artist Jiah Khan and hence the re-shoot. Shahid being a thorough gentleman refused to agree with the rumour saying that it was necessary and a request by the director that had to be complied with.

Shah Rukh Khan
The Badshah of Bollywood may not have a great year health-wise. He’s in his 44th year, which adds up to 8, representing Saturn (Shani). Unfortunately, it doesn’t augur well for King Khan as 8 has not worked well for him in the past.

Hrithik Roshan
Hrithik is in his 35th year and will soon be 36. However, 9 is not one of his best numbers. In fact, 9 of Mars can make a person impulsive and accident-prone, so he better watch out instead of playing superhero! A very potent combination rules him, so he should avoid multi-starrers and take up work that has him in the lead. He and his father should make more films together as all their three films were huge hits.

Salman Khan
He is governed by number 9, the fiery Mars (Mangal), the planet of energy, which makes a person impetuous, accident-prone, stubborn and inflexible. His comeback vehicles - Tere Naam and Partner - add up to 9. His girlfriend Katrina’s destiny number is 9. Vikram Bhatt for the magical European castle

Who can forget the lavish spending made by filmmaker Vikram Bhatt for the magical European castle which was the setting of his horror flick ‘1920’. Now, Vkram Bhatt is repeating his lead couple of ‘1920’, Rajneesh Duggal and Adah Sharma, in ‘Phirr’ and he has gone ahead and done something for the film which very few producers would dare to do.

Vikram has recently shot some portions of the film in UK and during this schedule, he hired a beautiful and gorgeous ship called the ‘Ice Maiden’. Shooting aboard the ship cost Vikram a whopping 6000 pounds per day. “It was the costliest shoot that I have done,” he says.

However, Vikram is quick to defend his spending and says, “I am not a fool to spend that amount on hiring a ship, if it wasn’t required. I can’t reveal much but the ship is an essential aspect in the climax of the film. The temperature was freezing… It was below zero… in weather conditions like this it becomes difficult to shoot action sequences. But it was worth the experience.”

The investment will definitely prove to be worth only if the film sets the cash registers ringing at the box-office.

Endhiran shooting at Vellore

The big budget sci-fi movie Endhiran is being shot in various parts of the world. Coming back to the country, Aishwarya and Rajinikanth had a shooting scheduled at Vellore from the 25th to the 29th of December. The shooting is at the Technology Tower in the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). They made sure that nobody gets a glimpse of the shooting. They had the shooting at this time of the year, as most of the students of the university are away during their holidays. Meeting Ash or Rajini is out of question.

After shooting in Vellore, they will be off to Chennai and will shoot a major part of the film there. Shankar’s Endhiran is estimated to be the costliest movie made so far in India. This sci-fi thriller will be ready for release mid 2009.

Saif on his way to recovery

Saif Ali Khan was recently admitted at Lilavati hospital due to food poisoning. He will be discharged in two or three days. "He is all right. He got a stomach infection due to something he ate that didn't suit him. He'll be discharged from hospital in two-three days," said Kareena. Saif apparently ate some Bhel Puri that caused him an infection.

In the last three years, this is the third time we hear of Saif’s hospitalization, though this one seems the least serious one. Way back in March 2006, Saif had to go an emergency appendectomy when he was at Kuala Lumpur. Later, there was a major health scare in February 2007, when he had a mild heart attack. Saif and Kareena have postponed their vacation due to this mishap.

So quietly that even I don’t know about it. I haven’t signed anyone called Imran Abbas. I’m not making Heera Mandi right now. It may happen much later. When it starts, we’ll think of the casting.

So have you met this Imran?
Moin Beg, writer of Heera Mandi wanted me to meet this actor. So I did, almost a year ago, and I immediately realised he wasn’t the actor I was looking for. The next thing I know, I’m supposed to be arranging this guy’s visa to India. What nonsense!

Why don’t you clarify the misconceptions?
Kuch to log kehenge, kehne do. I can’t bring myself to become the master of sound bytes. I’ve already decided whom to work with in my next project. And should I look at Pakistan for actors? We’ve very talented people in our own country.
