Actress Sushmita Sen says it doesn't matter whom people vote for, but it is important that everyone votes.
'Please vote for whoever you do, but please do vote,' Sushmita urged her fans here Friday.
Sushmita, who was in the capital to inaugurate P.C. Jewellers' new showroom at Pitampura, said coming to Delhi always felt like coming home as she had lived a large part of her life in the city.
'I've been here 14 years of my life. I used to stay in Vasant Kunj (south Delhi) and it is such a touchy place. I've lived there so long. Coming to Delhi is like homecoming for me,' the former Miss Universe told reporters.
'And everytime I come here, especially India Gate and Qutub Minar are the two places that really make feel I'm home,' she added.
Sushmita's future projects include 'Do Not Disturb' and 'Dulha Mil Gaya', and she is reportedly in talks to play former Pakistan prime minister Benazir Bhutto in a bilingual biopic, but the actress says she would love to go back to her interests like travelling and writing.
'My life has changed hugely. The things that I used to do back then have changed whether it be taking time out for writing or anything else. Slowly time has become scarce but I am so hoping that in times to come I can go back to my previous interests like travelling,' the actress said.
