Yachting enthusiasts Suniel Shetty and Sachin Tendulkar attended a boat party hosted by Samira habitats. There was more to this party than just pleasure. Mihir Nerurkar, Director, Samira Marinas said, “Sachin is going to be involved in a housing project in Alibaug.
It’s a residential resort that will have row houses.” We wonder if Sachin can bring his cricketing magic to real-estate. We’ll just have to wait and watch.
