Ayesha Takia, hails from a mixed family. Her mother, Farida; is half Britiish and half Marathi while her father Nishit Takia, is Gujarati. Ayesha Takia has a younger sister known as Natasha. Ayesha has been living in Shreenivas building in Chembur for over 15 years before shifting to Bandra’s Pali Hill residence in the year 2000. Incidentally, Ayesha Takia in the year 2006 was amongst the top 10 on the listing of India's 50 most desirable women alive in a poll conducted by Zoom, an Indian TV channel
